Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bhavya Enterprises, the owner of Bezuri, for the use of Bezuri. Please read them — by creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. Who we are

Bezuri (the "service") is online GST billing, inventory and purchase software, available on the website and as an Android app. Bezuri is a product of Bhavya Enterprises, a proprietorship firm ("we", "us"), which owns and runs it, with its address at SCO 393, 2nd Floor, Above Central Bank of India, Sector 37-D, Chandigarh, Chandigarh – 160022, India. GSTIN: 04AXJPV5221C1ZP.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
  • Give correct details when you register and keep them up to date — especially your business name, GSTIN and email.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login and the staff logins you create. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

3. Using the service

You may use Bezuri for your own lawful business. You agree not to:

  • create false, fake or misleading invoices, or use the service to evade tax or for any illegal purpose;
  • try to access another business's data, break or test our security, or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it;
  • upload anything that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or carries malware.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

4. Your data and your tax filings

  • The invoices, parties, items and other records you enter belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Bezuri works out tax from the details you enter (rates, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply). You remain responsible for checking your invoices, returns and e-invoices, and for meeting your obligations under GST and other laws. The service is a tool, not tax or legal advice.
  • E-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills are issued by government systems. We pass your data to them when you ask, but we do not control their availability or decisions.
  • Export your records regularly. You can download lists, reports and GSTR-1 data at any time.

5. Plans, payments and taxes

  • The core billing portal is free. Some features — such as the GST e-Invoice & e-Way Bill add-on — are paid. Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and are plus GST as applicable. You receive a tax invoice for every payment.
  • Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will give you notice before any price change applies to you.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Paid features are delivered online, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bezuri available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of that payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profit, lost business, or penalties arising from information you entered — and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as explained on the account deletion page. We may close accounts that break these terms, or that have been inactive for a long time after giving notice by email.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would rather solve any problem directly — please write to us first at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
